• Useful Moving and Storage Tips:
• Use same size boxes when stacking.
• Use large boxes for blankets, towels, linens, etc.
• Use small boxes for heavy items and books.
• Call and book your movers or truck rental 4-6 weeks in advance. Call to confirm your reservation 24 hours in advance
• Rent your storage unit 2 weeks in advance so you can move smaller items yourself. This will save you time and guarantee availability
• Thirty days before you move, call utility and phone companies to make your new arrangements
• Remember to notify the post office of your new address
• Remember to pack a small ice chest and picnic basket. This will save you time and money.
